During my internship with the Office of the Director, IT Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, I worked on digital governance solutions for the GNCTD Service Health & Grievance Platform.

• Built real-time monitoring for 85+ public e-services using Node.js and Socket.io.
• Engineered a grievance analytics dashboard with Leaflet.js heatmaps tracking SLA breaches across 15 departments.
• Built a statistical correlation engine overlaying service downtime on complaint timelines.
• Designed the system to predict grievance surges for proactive government response.

This project combined full-stack development and data analytics to support real-time digital governance and public service accountability.
